We cover Chelmsford and the surrounding Essex area, including Brentwood, Romford, Loughton, Harlow, Rayleigh, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Billericay, and Braintree — within approximately 20 miles of Chelmsford.

How does mobile dog grooming work?

We come to you. Our fully equipped grooming van parks outside your home and your dog is groomed on-site in a calm, one-to-one environment. There is no travelling for your dog, no waiting in a busy salon, and no contact with other animals.

What does a Full Groom include?

A Full Groom includes a bath with eco-friendly shampoo and conditioner, blow dry, breed-appropriate haircut and styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and a finishing spritz. Your dog will leave looking and smelling their best.

Do you groom puppies?

Yes. We offer a gentle introductory puppy groom designed to make the experience positive from the start. We recommend booking a puppy's first groom as early as possible — ideally after their second vaccination. Getting puppies comfortable with grooming early makes a big difference long-term.

What breeds do you groom?

We groom all breeds and sizes, from small dogs to large breeds. If you are unsure whether we can accommodate your dog, please give us a call and we will be happy to advise.

Is your van eco-friendly?

Yes. Our grooming van is solar-powered and we use eco-friendly, pet-safe products throughout. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact without compromising on quality.

How long does a grooming appointment take?

It depends on your dog's breed, size, coat condition, and the service booked. A Bath & Blow Dry typically takes 1–1.5 hours; a Full Groom usually takes 2–3 hours. We will give you a more specific estimate when you book.

What are your opening hours?

How much does grooming cost?

Pricing depends on your dog's size, breed, coat condition, and the service required. Please get in touch for a quote — we are happy to give you an accurate price before you book.

Is my dog groomed on their own?

Yes. Mobile grooming is a one-to-one service. Your dog has our groomer's full attention throughout their appointment and is never left alone or with other dogs.

What if my dog is nervous or anxious?

Mobile grooming is particularly well-suited to anxious dogs. Your dog stays in their familiar home environment, which significantly reduces stress. We are experienced in handling nervous dogs and always work at a pace that keeps them comfortable.

Do I need to provide anything for the appointment?

No — we bring everything we need, including water, products, and equipment. You just need to make sure there is suitable parking near your home and that your dog is ready when we arrive.
